Rewind 4,000 years. God makes a promise to Abraham: “By you and your descendants all the nations of the earth shall be blessed.” As one of Abraham’s physical descendants, Jesus came into this world as the ultimate fulfillment of God’s promise to Abraham. Through faith in His life, death, and resurrection all the nations are blessed. Fast forward back to today. We are Abraham’s seed by faith. The nations will be blessed only if we go to them with the gospel.

Missions Verse

At The Shoreline, we take Jesus’ command seriously when he said to “go and make disciples of all the nations.” We do this in our own community and in specific places around the world, and we invite you to partner with us in obeying the Lord together. If you’re a believer in Jesus, then you are commanded to share the good news with others.  We may not all be able to go far, but we’re all called to care.  If we’re not going, then we need to be sending.

Paving the way in prayer, our goal is to be a presence among the last, the lost, and the least. Our priority is to build relationships with people in need – not just to carry out our projects. As our relationships with people grow, we become more aware of their needs. And then, together with the Holy Spirit, we go to them and love them in Jesus’ name. The salvation and spiritual growth of others is our aim, and the love of God is our motive.

Thanks for your interest in making Jesus’ name known among the nations!
